The Lateral Launch Jetting System uses water pressure to propel the lateral camera through the lines.
We would like to announce the latest innovation from Rausch – the Lateral Launch Jetting System (LLJ System). The LLJ uses water pressure to propel the KS60CL lateral camera through the lines. By utilizing a steering pin, the LLJ launches into laterals from the mainline. LLJ150 application range is 6″ – 8″ pipe diameter.
The LLJ solves a problem our Cross Bore Inspection customers encounter. When a lateral launch is performed and the lateral is found have too much debris to push through, the system would be pulled out, a jetting truck would be called in to flush the line, and they would try again. The LLJ can move through most laterals without the need to flush the lateral.
- Lateral launch from 6″ – 8″ mainline
- Negotiate branched laterals
- Clear debris in laterals
- Loosens root balls
Any Rausch Lateral Launch System can be upgraded to use just the LLJ150. The LLJ200 is available as an attachment for a Rausch Lateral Launch System to launch the LLJ system into pipes from 8″ – 48″ mainlines.
The LLJ200 launches the lateral camera propelled by water pressure into laterals from mainlines 8″ to 48″ in diameter.
The Rausch USA team won the CASD Foundation Golf Tournament May 6, 2013.
On Monday, May 6th, Rausch USA was a sponsor and participant at the Chambersburg Area School District (CASD) Foundation’s 19th annual golf tournament at the Chambersburg Country Club. Naturally we sent our best golfers out as a team to participate in the tournament. The team included Rudy Ellgass, the president, Jeremy Poffenberger, the accounting manager, John Randolph, and Woody.
CASD Foundation, established in 1990, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the educational enrichment of students in the Chambersburg School District. All proceeds benefit the Foundation’s “Grants to Staff” program that provides innovative educational initiatives. Learn more about the foundation here: CASD Foundation.
To my surprise, our team won the 18 hole scramble competition! The shotgun start began at 1 PM on Monday, May 6th. They say it was a fun time competing with other businesses in the community – and good luck to all of the teams next year. We’ll be back.
Congratulations to the Rausch team!
