New Product: mC30 System

Rausch USA is always working to offer innovative pipe inspection equipment. Our minCam push cameras have proven to be popular, and now we are expanding our lineup to include new systems which we will highlight this month.

The mC30 push camera is a robust push camera system with a self-leveling camera. The KK29SL push camera is our smallest self-leveling camera, measuring approximately 1.14″ (29mm) in diameter. It can be pushed through 90ยบ P-Traps as small as 2″. It features a high-resolution auto-upright color picture. All systems come with a standard 512 Hz location sonde (33 kHz available by special order).

The cable reel features 100 feet (30 m) of 6.7mm push cable. Our cable is a balance between flexibility and stiffness. The application range of the mC30 is 1.6″ to 6″ pipe diameters. This system also features a mechanical drum brake, an on-screen distance counter & our 5.6″ monitor with video, voice and photo recording and remote control.

New Product: mC15 Push Camera

Rausch USA is always working to offer innovative pipe inspection equipment. Our minCam push cameras have proven to be popular, and now we are expanding our lineup to include new systems which we will highlight this month.

The mC15 push camera is our most straight-forward push system. The tough KK18 push camera is one of our smallest cameras, measuring approximately 0.71″ in diameter. It features a high-resolution color picture. It’s a fixed image camera, so there is no self-leveling included in this system.

The cable reel features 100 feet (30 m) of 5.8mm flexible push cable. The application range of the mC15 is 1.6″ to 5″ pipe diameters. This is our smallest system to feature the mechanical drum brake, the on-screen distance counter & the 5.6″ monitor with video recording and remote control.

The system covers the most basic push camera needs with a small camera. Learn more on the mC15 Push Camera webpage.

New Product: mC30 Duo Push Camera

Rausch USA is always working to offer innovative pipe inspection equipment. Our minCam push cameras have proven to be popular, and now we are expanding our lineup to include new systems which we will highlight this month.

The mC30 Duo push camera offers a unique take on the push system – it combines two systems into one package. There are two different cable reels, with two different types of cable, and two different camera sizes, in one system.

Two reels, two cables, two cameras, one system. 512 Hz sonde standard.

The outer reel features our smallest self-leveling camera, the KK29SL. The camera diameter is approximately 1″ (29mm), and it can be pushed through 2″ P-traps. The application range is up to 6″ pipe diameters. The 5.5mm cable attached to the reel comes in two lengths: 100 feet (30m) standard, and 160 feet (50m) special order.

The inner reel features our smallest camera, the KK13 – 0.51″ / 13mm diameter – which can inspect lines as small as 0.6″ pipe diameter. The flexible Push-Pull cable attached – the same cable used in our minCord system – comes with 50 feet (15m) standard, 100 feet (30m) special order.

The system replaces the need to use two different systems for two different applications by offering a broad range of benefits in a single system. Learn more on the mC30 Duo Push Camera webpage.
