In advance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, RauschUSA would like to remind our customers that we will be closed on November 24th and will reopen on November 29th in recognition of the holiday. Please submit any parts orders by November 21st.
We are excited to outline with our customers some of our latest Service Programs we have developed.
Service Training Program
RauschUSA has developed a program of repair and maintenance training modules to help our customers improve service skills. Each module is offered at the RauschUSA service facility in Chambersburg, PA with our experienced Service Staff. The extensive list of classes is available to review here online, and can be scheduled in advance throughout the year.
Annual Service Days
This program follows in the footsteps of our successful Customer Appreciation Day. We will have a week of Service Training in October and in April where our customers can receive discounted rates on our training modules. These classes give our customers an opportunity to receive high quality training with a low trainer-trainee ratio.
The RauschUSA loaner program is well known to many of our customers. We offer free loaner equipment to our participating customers in the event a repair causes extended downtime for their Rausch system. Details on the program are available to review online.
Please remember to submit your repair requests via our Online RMA Form to receive the best service. If you need assistance locating the Serial Numbers, we have created a worksheet to help find them on each equipment component.
