Thank You for a Great Customer Appreciation Day!

Thank you to all of our guests who came to the 3rd Annual RauschUSA Customer Appreciation Day in Chambersburg, PA! It was great to work closely with so many of our customers and offer training classes on our Rausch Systems. Over 120 people signed up for our Rausch Operator, Rausch Service, POSM Software, and QuickLock Point Repair programs, representing more than 30 different organizations. We were overwhelmed by the positive feedback and helpful discussions you contributed to each class.

We are grateful for your support and participation, and look forward to continue working with you in 2016!

At RauschUSA’s annual Customer Appreciation Event on October 26th, 2016 in Chambersburg, PA, we will feature a variety of training classes across many departments. There will be promotional giveaways, including a minCord push system with the KK13 camera. The day will include a light breakfast and a catered BBQ lunch. Registration for the classes is on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up via our web form now!

Registration closes on Friday, September 30th, 2016.

A summary of some of the class highlights is below.

OPERATOR – New Operator Training
This class targets new operators on your team who have not received formal Rausch training. The procedure will include basic Rausch equipment operation and setup instruction for Mainline, Lateral Launch, and Laser Profiling setups.

QuickLock Certified Installer Training
This class will teach the procedure for using QuickLock sleeves for service providers. This includes application suitability, pipe and sleeve preparation, and sleeve installation. A sleeve will be installed in an above ground test pipe.

POSM – PACP Inspection Training
This class will offer instruction on using the POSM Pro software for documentation of mainline inspections according to PACP standards.

SERVICE – Mainline Cable Repair
This class will walk through the procedure for reterminating the Rausch mainline cable as featured on all of our systems.

Customer Appreciation Day 2016

At RauschUSA’s annual Customer Appreciation Event on October 26th, 2016, we will feature a variety of training classes across many departments. A highlighted class is the QuickLock Certified Installer Training, presented by a representative from Uhrig, the QuickLock manufacturer. This class offers installation training and is a prerequisite for joining our Certified Installer Program. Registration for the classes will be on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up via our web form today.

Benefits of the QuickLock Certified Installer Program include promotion on the RauschUSA website, free annual training, and eligibility for bulk purchasing discounts. More information can be found on the QuickLock webpage and by contacting RauschUSA.

Below is a description of the QuickLock training classes:

QuickLock Certified Installer Training
This class will teach the procedure for using QuickLock sleeves for service providers. This includes application suitability, pipe and sleeve preparation, and sleeve installation. A sleeve will be installed in an above ground test pipe.

QuickLock Recertification Class
This class targets current QuickLock Certified Installers, and reviews the installation procedure in an abbreviated structure. Intent is to re-certify current Installers, per program terms.

RSVP Registration is required, and must be submitted on or before September 30th. Register soon, as classes have limited openings available.

At RauschUSA’s annual Customer Appreciation Event on October 26th, 2016 in Chambersburg, PA at the RauschUSA HQ, we will feature a variety of training classes across our departments. This is an opportunity to see the Rausch equipment up close and learn about our systems by to speaking to our entire team and our current customers.

Below are some of the descriptions of the training classes:

This special opportunity is geared to our guests who are not currently customers but are interested in seeing the core components which make a complete Rausch system. We will offer a personal tour with our sales representatives to guide you through the details of a new Rausch truck tailored to your needs.

2016 Customer Appreciation – Lateral Cable Repair Class

The Rausch 2016 Customer Appreciation Event is coming soon, on October 26, 2016.

The Lateral Cable Repair class will include hands-on procedures for reterminating the Rausch lateral launch cables, including the grey, green, orange, and black push rods. The Lateral Cable Repair class has limited availability, so sign up soon.

Sign up for the Lateral Cable Service class early, and you could be eligible to bring your own cable to the class. We will provide you with a free reterm kit, and your operator will do the repair. This is one of many giveaways we are offering to our customers on this day.

RauschUSA Annual Customer Appreciation Event

RauschUSA is pleased to announce our annual Customer Appreciation Event on October 26th, 2016. We have put together a full day of training and informational classes by working with our various departments and key suppliers. We are pleased to announce that Uhrig, the manufacturer of QuickLock, is sending representatives from Germany for training. Event Highlights

  1. Rausch Service Training including mainline, lateral and push cable reterms, maintenance 101, and leak testing and field repairs (limited registration).
  2. QuickLock Certified Factory Training by a representative from Uhrig, the German manufacturer, to qualify for our Certified Installer program.
  3. POSM Training for Laser Profiling and Crack Measurement, PACP and Cross Bore Lateral Inspection, and GIS Mapping program.
  4. Rausch and minCam – new operator training and new product feature demos.
  5. Forum discussing the Rausch product road map for 2017 and beyond.
